Training & Development

The delivery of on-the-job skills training, work experience and employment is only half of the work that Watford Workshop provides to its service users.  There can be other educational or independent life skills training that is required to help our Service Users clear the barriers to mainstream employment and enable them to lead as independent a life as possible outside of the workplace.

Our amazing in-house team of qualified Tutors individually tailor the courses to take into account the learners ability and the outcomes to be achieved and deliver these in our Learning for Living Centre.  With courses spanning from 8 weeks to long term with numeracy and literacy, they costs £45 per hour to deliver.  We would be unable to provide any of this without grants and donations.  If you wish to donate to help fund our Training & Development and truly make a difference to a life, please use our Donate button
